**UPDATED NOVEMBER 2011**
Here are CJ's latest photos. He is getting on fantastically in his new home and is very settled and happy. His Mum and Dad couldn't be happier with him....

**********************************************
Many of you will have read CJ's tragic story of how his previous owner became terminally ill and was unable to care for him. CJ then came down to us from Rochdale Dog Rescue in Lancashire in the hope of finding a lovely new home, and in time for RDR to let his old Dad know.
CJ only waited with us a few weeks and then along came Iwona and Alan. He has company with them virtually all the time, a very nice big garden to gad about in with a gate directly into the woods (I want to live there too!), lots of nice countryside walks and a nice cosy bed to snooze in. I think CJ has found the perfect home and we can't thank Iwona and Alan enough for welcoming him into their lives and their home. They have fallen hook, line and sinker for him and I'll think you'll agree that that is one big Staffie smile below, which shows he feels the same way too! Iwona and Alan have described him as having a wonderful personality, impeccable manners and a superior intelligence ... and that they love him to bits already. Isn't that so heartwarming to read...
Thank you so much to you both for making him so happy. Now his previous owner can rest knowing that CJ will be loved and cared for for the rest of his life xx
Look at that smile...it made me laugh too. Thank goodness there is a barrier there to stop him falling into the boot LOL!

Ahh.....a lovely big bed to sleep off his long walks.
