Raggles
Raggles, one of the most beautiful rabbits I have ever met, came into our care in late August 2011, having been abandoned. Luckily for him, after just a few weeks, he was adopted by Claire and her family.
Raggles has gone off to live in semi-rural mid Norfolk and is loving every minute of it! He spends his time either in the house (living as part of the family), or he can go outside and pelt across the large garden if he feels like it. What an idyllic life he is now leading and one that every rabbit should have. He also has a large Wendy house in the garden and if he feels like sitting in that and chilling out, he can!
He is what Claire has to say about him...
"Raggles is great! He's settling in really quickly, it's lovely to see. He's absolutely loving hopping around the house. Out of all the places he could choose, his favourite place seems to be the mat in the hall. Instead of going back to bed he'll just fall asleep there.
He is so clumsy, bless him. He's still getting used to the tiles in the kitchen as they're quite slippery. But with the size of his feet it's no surprise he has difficulty! He's so cheeky too. He keeps stealing things and then running off with them. This morning he took my hair brush and ran and put it in his tunnel.
He's so friendly, and he loves having a cuddle. He's enjoying the garden too. To begin with we had him in a penned off bit before we let him loose around the garden because we thought the whole garden might be a bit daunting for him at first. But yesterday and today he's had the whole run of the garden and absolutely loved it.
I've attached a couple of pictures. I'll make sure I send you some of him in the garden soon. He zooms around with his ears waving around, it makes it look like he's trying to fly!"
I cannot wait to see those flying rabbit pics! Raggles is such a lucky boy as he is getting to do what all domesticated rabbits should have chance to do and that's to stretch his legs out and RUN properly!
We can't thank Claire and her family enough for giving Raggles such a marvellous home xx
I absolutely love this photo....chilled or what!
