Little Shorty was only around 6 months old when he came into our care in November 2011, he was a gorgeous, delightful Labrador X pup and we really could not understand how he had come to be abandoned.
I didn't even get chance to write his full details up before a very nice, early retired couple spotted him on the website and he was off to his new life with them, and became Louie. Here is what they had to say about him very soon after they adopted him...
"Louie continues to improve day by day and we just love him to bits. I cannot believe how lucky we are that he is now in our lives. Looking back, the last few days have been wonderful - he has experienced so many new things with us and seems to take it all in his stride. Today we took him out in the motorhome and then walking along the beach, he was brilliant."
I think you can see from the photos below that Louie will be in for a lovely, active life, with 'parents' who will love and cherish him for the rest of his life. Thank you so much to you both xx
