Bruce & Jackson
Bruce and Jackson came into our care after not having had the best of lives and needless to say they were not your usual lap cats. They stayed with us for a good while and in the end one of our very kind supporters, Jill, offered to have them both, to go with her 2 rescue dogs from us also. (And her horses and chickens etc!)
Bruce (tabby) and Jackson went off to live in cat heaven, with a house, stables, stable yard, large garden and countryside to explore. Everyone expected they would do their own thing and not really want to bother with their human servants, however Bruce had other ideas and this is what Jill has to say about him (and Jackson)...
"Bruce was clearly just waiting for a suitable vacancy to come along to enable him to fulfil his potential!
He splits his time between being a ratter, a scarf, third dog (likes to come for a walk), shepherd, driver (gets in the car at every opportunity!) and has aspirations to be a shop assistant (helps out on the tradestand whenever it’s open!). Jackson is happy just being a cat and is beginning to enjoy cuddles, although only with selected people!"
Here's Bruce below, being a lap warmer too! He certainly looks a very happy boy now and very pleased with himself LOL! Thanks so much to Jill (and Adrian) for giving them both a fantastic life and giving Bruce the chance to shine! xx
