More about Akira

Akira is a beautiful Husky that has arrived at our centre in the last couple of weeks. You may notice from her pictures that she has an underbite, this is all ok and just adds to her character! She is a bundle of energy, however very gentle when playing and taking treats. Akira has an understanding of basic commands, showing us that she can sit, wait and give paw, and is currently in the process of learning leave/drop. This lovely girl does enjoy her long walks and off lead time in the compound, however she does like to have a cuddle and spend some time with the staff and volunteers. We feel that Akira would benefit from being in a home that is active, where she can have at least 2 long walks a day, also experience of the breed would be good but not a must. Akira would also like a home where she has lots of company throughout the day.
