Rio is now reavailable – since being in kennels we have reassessed him and no longer feel he will be suitable to live with children or other dogs.

Make way for puppy Rio! Rio is an adorable American Bulldog X who has arrived at the centre through no fault of his own. This little boy is so loving and affectionate, loving nothing more than to have a cuddle and a big wet kiss with you! At only 6 months old, Rio is already weighing in at around 25kg, so potential owners need to realise that he is going to get bigger! Rio is also very clever and already has an understanding of basic commands, such as wait, sit and we are currently working on paw. Rio would benefit from having company throughout the day, with owners who have bull breed experience and preferably puppy experience so they can help continue with his training and understand his needs.
