Thank you for applying for animal welfare support. To qualify for our voucher scheme you have to be receiving benefits, and proof of this will be required by your chosen vet on the day of your appointment. There is a limit of 4 vouchers per household per calendar year.

    We accept the following:

Job Seekers Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, Income Support, Personal Independent Payment, Working Tax Credits, Council Tax Credit and Housing Benefit.

    How does it work?

Once you have submitted the application below this will be reviewed and approved, or if we require more information we will contact you.

For each of the listed procedures below we provide a voucher which we will email you and your chosen veterinary practice. The value of the voucher is listed below. You will be required to pay the balance of the bill to the vet on the day of the procedure.

If your pet is unwell and you are unsure what the problem is we offer an initial consultation voucher – please note this does not cover the cost any further procedures or medication.

Is your application for your own pet or a feral cat?
